Please Take This Time To Complete This Important Form

The 2024-2025 Family File is now available to parents. HCPSS requires that your Family File is completed.

Only families who have completed the Family File can see their student(s) homeroom teacher.

Every year HCPSS parents must complete a Family File for each child. Parents/guardians must verify and/or update information for each child and can do so by logging in to https://www.hcpss.org/connect/ PARENT ACCOUNT, selecting the MORE OPTIONS tab on the left, and then clicking on Family File.

Once logged in, you will be asked to update or provide the following information:

 Student Information

 Parent/Guardian Contact

 Emergency Contacts

 Medical Information

 Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

 Photo Approval Data Confidentiality

 PTA/PTSA Directory  

Again, it is imperative that you complete the Family File in order to receive the name of your child's teacher for the upcoming school year.

QUICK FAMILY FILE DIRECTIONS: 

1.       Go to https://www.hcpss.org/

2.       Click on HCPSS Connect 

3.       Click on HCPSS Connect Log In 

4.    Enter your username and password  

*new parents this will be the same as what you created to do online registration* 

5.    Click on More Options - Family File

It must be done for each child.
