Thank you to all our wonderful parent volunteers! As spring arrives and it becomes field trip season, we want to remind you that if you have not completed the Parent Volunteer and Confidentiality Training and Child Abuse Awareness Training, you must do so in order to be considered as a chaperone. After our Back to School Nights in the fall, a Child Abuse portion was added to the requirements by HCPSS. If you have not done so already, please view the https://www.hcpss.org/f/employees/childabuse_ppt.pdf. After viewing, please complete the Child Abuse Awareness Training Certificate and turn in to the front office. Please remember, parents cannot volunteer in the building or be chosen to chaperone on field trips without completing and turning in both forms. If you cannot remember if you completed the first training, it is just two slides of a power-point so please review and sign the certificate and turn it in again just in case. Thank you!
